Placing Orders
VALLEY OF BEAUTY LP sells products to the general public, but it sells them to adults who can purchase with a credit card. If you are under 18, you may use VALLEY OF BEAUTY LP only with involvement of a parent or guardian.
VALLEY OF BEAUTY LP reserves the right to refuse service; add, remove or edit content; upgrade, downgrade or close user accounts; or cancel orders at their sole discretion.
It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure all order information entered is correct. VALLEY OF BEAUTY LP cannot take responsibility for incorrect information, including delivery address, entered by the customer during the order process. We do not store credit or debit card details.
Delivery Information
Once you have found the product you are looking for you will be asked where you’d like it shipped from along with your destination country. This puts our customers in control and allows them to decide if they’d like fast delivery, or if they’d like to make a saving by opting for a slightly longer delivery time.
When you have selected your delivery preferences you’ll be given a dispatch date and an estimated delivery date; this information will be confirmed when you place your order with us and may change. When we have dispatched your item(s) we will send you an email confirmation, so you know your item is on its way.
Cancellations & Refunds
If you wish to change or cancel an order please contact us using online form as soon as possible, as changes and cancellations can only be made prior to your order moving to dispatch. Orders that have already moved to dispatch can no longer be changed or cancelled. However, if you need to return an item, please contact us and complete refund form.
Refunds will be sent back to the original payment method and should appear in your account within 14 (fourteen) days.
Risk of Loss
All items purchased from VALLEY OF BEAUTY LP are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
